Snow Snow Snow

We got to go play in the snow this weekend. We went to my dad's house for a quick visit and hit some snow coming home. We stopped to play by Blue Ridge Lodge on the Mogollon Rim.

This was the storm we were headed to going to Winslow. We did get a little blizzard but it was way dark to stop and play.
I think this is Ella's angel

This must be Chayanne's angel.

Dan and Nathaniel.Nathaniel was mad because he got cold and started running the opposite way of the van. Dan finally got him and we left.

Me and my girls with Nathaniel crying in the back.

I think the little kids got cold while in the snow!!! Oh well they forgot about the coldness and want to go back. I think I better buy some gloves.

Family Traditions

I remember growing up, every Christmas eve my brother and I got to open one present. It had to always be the one from my Grandpa and Grandma Carlisle. Since they lived in Payson Utah it was always exciting to see their gifts all wrapped so nicely. We got such warm cozy pajamas. I think my grandma made them in the beginning. They were always so warm. There was although one year that we didn't get our warm pj's. I was eight years old. My grand parents bought me my first set of scriptures. They were brown and had my name on them. Not only did I get new scriptures my grandma made my a carrying case that matched. That also had my name on it. I am so grateful for my grandparents. My grandpa isn't like he use to be. Getting up there in age, but he will always be my best grandpa. Love ya Gramps.
Anyway, we have kind of started that with our family. My husbands family all get together on Christmas eve and exchanged gifts for all the nieces and nephews. And than we adults all get one gift from our Secret Santa that we picked on Thanksgiving night. That always seems a lot of fun. This year we are going to my dad's house in Winslow AZ and spend it with him. Hopefully my brother and his family make it up too.
What traditions do you have as a family? Please share. It great to see what others do to celebrate Christmas.

Breakfast with Santa

I know these aren't the best pictures. I didn't realize the black and white setting was on.Oh well!!! We had fun. This was at a Primary Activity last Saturday. The kids ate breakfast and than Santa came. We made ornaments for the tree and enjoyed a few hours with friends.

Ella was first in line. I told her to tell Santa what she wanted for Christmas. She looked at him and than told me that he didn't have any hair.

Nathaniel was shy at first. Than one of his Sunbeam friend went before him and he got the courage to go sit on Santa's lap

For some reason Lea needed her friends to pose with her. All she wanted was a candy cane.

Chayanne also needed a buddy to pose with.

Lea finally noticed that the setting was on black and white and changed it for me. What would I do without my savvy daughter.

Elijah's Hair Cut

The only time his hair laid down was when it was wet.

Isabella's Hip Hop Video

Isabella has only seen this video a few times. I had told Dan that she dances really well to this video. I keep telling her to shake her booty and to shake her hand. I think we have ourselves a little dancer in the making.

8 RandomsThings About Me.

I was tagged from another blogger I follow. The tag says to post 8 Random Facts and/or Habits about myself and then choose 8 other people to tag. After you put this link on your site, go and tag 8 other bloggers and have them link back to you. There are benefits to this tagging game: You increase traffic to your site and meet new people.
1. I am such a book worm. I love to read. I like LDS romance books,& Lds Mysteries. I also like other non-lds books. I have tried to listen to book on Cd's but I find that really hard to do. I find my mind wondering and not paying attention. I do better if I am reading books with my eyes. When I am into a great book, I take it every where I go. I like to take my kids to the park and sit under a tree a read. I have always read book and I am thankful because my kids love books too. In fact Lealynn is in 6th grade and is reading at a 8th grade level. Chayanne is in 4th grade and reading at a 6th grade level. And my younger kids are always wanted someone to read to them. Books are great. So are my kids.
2. I am such a perfectionus and a clean freak. I always try and keep a spotless house because I always wonder if I will get a surprise visitor. It has happened before. It gets bad sometimes because I will clean clean clean until I am exhausted. I had to learn to hand chores off to my kids and just be happy I have help.
3. I was afraid of water. When I was about 5 years old I almost drowned in a hotel pool. All I remember is that I was showing off to my dad by letting go of the side and I lost me grip. And than this BIG hand that belonged to my heroic father saved me. I was left with the fear of water. I wouldn't even take a bath. I overcame it when I was baptized at 8 yrs old. I was crying the whole time saying "please don't drown me." Thinking back to the moment in time, I think if my dad baptized me I probably wouldn't have been so scared of the water.
4. I regret not seeing my Mosana (grandma in Navajo) before see dies. She was a neat grandma. I remember playing on "HER" mesa in Monument Valley. Back then, I climbed those rocks all day long. I also remember sleeping in her shade house at night. She made the best fry bread ever. Mosana I love you so much.
5. My favorite color is green. One reason why I love green is because it is the color of my birthstone Emerald. I don't remember when I decided to like Green
6. I like to go fishing. One year my dad and I entered a fishing derby contest in Joseph City. I think we were actually there just to fish and realized they were having a derby. I don't remember how old I was but we entered. It took a awhile (I would say all day, dad if you read this how long did it take us)but i was getting bored. I was whining to go home because we haven't caught anything. Well when i stopped whining we caught the biggest carp that whole day. I even got a fish trophy. I still have it. I wish I could take a picture and show you. We won first place. Now my kids and husband go fishing. I haven't gotten my license in awhile because I can't really enjoy fishing when I have babies and toddlers to run after.
7. I didn't get my drivers license until I was 18. It took me 3 tries to pass the written test for my permit. My step-mom tried to teach me but I think I scared her. My dad seemed to always be to busy to teach me. So when I moved out of the house and lived with my cousins I borrowed his truck and took the driving test and got my license.
8. I play the clarinet. Well I did in high school. I also played the alto clarinet, the saxophone, alto sax. I can't sing because I am tone def but I can play instruments. I would love to get back into playing the clarinet. I really enjoyed it. I love music. I like all types of music. I hope and pray my girls play some kind of instruments while in school.

Now I need to tag 8 other people. They are:

I have had 951 visitors to my site. WOW!!!!! That excites me. I am so grateful my dear friend Amy got me doing this. I have gained a lot of friends.
So I was thinking that I need to celebrate when I get my 1,000th visit. Any ideas? Please give me ideas. I am still kind of new with all this blogging. WOOHHH 951 visits.

Betty Sue !!!

This past Tuesday night for Enrichment our ward had a special guest speaker. Betty Sue from The Biggest Loser was our speaker. I am not sure if you watch The Biggest Loser, her daughter Ally won last season. She was the first woman to win on the show. Anyways, she was great. She had said that it was really hard to be on the show. She said she prayed every night while on the ranch. She had a lot to say about the behind the scenes.
She said that she had became closer to Heavenly Father and that her daughter was closer to Him than she had been for awhile. My mind is still trying to absorb everything that she said. I really felt the spirit that night while she was taking.
One of the things she said was that while she prayed for her daughter to become closer to God, she also prayed that she would find away to spread her experience to others. She than thought about talking to her sisters ( Relief Society). She said that we need to get in shape now. Because when we are called to walk to Missouri, we would only make it to Apache Junction. That is the next town east of Mesa about 16 miles or so.
A lot of things she said got me thinking. I don't want to spoil it for you if she comes to your relief society. She not only looks FABULOUS, she also has a very special spirit with her.
Her mom is in my ward here and if you would like her to come visit your enrichment let me know and I may be able to hook you up.
She was so expiring that I have made a goal for myself. I am giving myself a year and than I am going to walk to A J (Apache Junction) from my house. So I will be doing this walk Oct 17, 2009. I am going on a diet and going to lose weight. I am going to post my trials and triumphs on this blog.Fist of all I need to figure how many calories I need and keep a log. I also need to get organized so that I can do this. I may be silly starting right before the holidays, but why wait. I have waited for 12 yrs to finally commit to this. I need to do this for me and also for my family.

Veterans Day

I am so thankful for all the veterans old and new for what they do for me, my family, and especially you, my friends. I am thankful for their bravery for fight for our freedom of speech, freedom of religion, freedom to choose our schools, freedom to vote, freedom to walk down our streets safely. There are a lot more that I can mention. I am most thankful for our Heavenly Father who have created these heroes who He knew that were so brave and willing to do the things needed for our country.
I have a few military wives as friends who I am thankful for because they are letting their husbands and or themselves serve our country for our freedom. That is major for me because I am sure that it is hard to see your love ones go for a long period of time but they do it unselfishly. Thanks gals.
Being Native American (Navajo) I am grateful for any of my ancestors that may have served in the war. They are just now getting all the praises all these years, but I have known about them and I am grateful for their help also in fighting for our country.
Their are a lot of people out there that are upset because we are in a war right now. I just wish that they could just sit back and think about all that they have and realize that all these precious things we have just didn't get handed to them. We had to fight hard and we need to keep fighting if we want to keep what we have now.
I am sorry I am talking like this but I am just wanted to let everyone know that I am thankful and everyone else that are upset be thankful too. We live in a amazing country. God Bless America every day and every minute and every second.

Lealynn & Chayanne

Say what !!!

My oldest daughter was noticing that I had very few pics of her and her sister. I must admit I do have a lot of pictures of my younger kids. The reason is that I am always with the younger ones while the oldest kids are in school. So I told Lea to pick some pictures out and I would post them. These pictures are just a few of the ones my mom took when she took just them to the State Fair. They had a great time at the State Fair. My mom, their masana (grandma in Navajo) has taken them every year for the past two years. So this post to for Lealynn and Chayanne. I love you guys

Feild Trip to the Farm

Today Nathaniel's preschool had a field trip to a local farm. It was great. Isabella and Elijah came with us. We rode on a pony, we milked a goat, and we even go to hold bunnies and chickens. We also learned what a turkey looked like before we ate it for Thanksgiving dinner. The best part was the hay ride. We found that during the hay ride, Isabella was allergic to hay. I had no idea :( She kept telling me that the hay hurt her, but we couldn't just get off the ride or we would be stuck somewhere in the tree orchard next to the farm. Her eyes started to water up and she sat on the trailer not the hay but that wasn't goo enough. She is better now but her eczema is back on the back of one of her legs. Over all we had a blast. It has been awhile since I really truly enjoyed myself with my younger kids.

School and Politics don't go together

My daughter Chayanne came home from school today and brought me a paper she made in class that says....are you ready for this...."I Love You Barack Obama." Now I am not voting for him and I sure wish that the teachers that are voting for him keep it to them selves and not influence our children's minds.
Back to the poster she made. I guess they watched a movie about him and she thinks he is cool because he has an aspiring mind. Ummm...If only she understood what he wants to do to this country huh.

Bye Bye Bye

I am sad to announce that I will be in the middle of moving for the next few days and may not get my computer up until we get all settled in our (garage). That might be in about a week. So I will need to say good bye until than. Have a fabulous week and weekend.

Elijah

Elijah got his first tooth Sunday. Yeap!!! I didn't even know until he stuck my finger in his mouth and bit me. He is now 5 1/2 months. He rolls all over the place and loves to scream (happily). When I take him in for his 6 month appt. I will post an updated pic and all that other fun stuff.

Nathaniel and Preschool

When I took Nathaniel to meet his teacher before school started, the teacher asked me what I name i wanted him to learn to write. Well, we don't call him Nathan, we call him Nano. Nano just didn't seem right for him to write on his papers, so I told her that he needs to write Nathaniel. She said that is a long name but with lots of practise he could do it. Well he has been in Preschool for 5 weeks and he can write his name. I am so proud of him. He knows his name starts with the letter N but he forgets the rest. So when he wrote on the door he wrote his name.
Why do kids do that? You would think that if you wrote on something where your not suppose to than you would write some other name. Right!!! When my older girls learned to write their own names they did the exact same thing. I remember Lea scratching her name on the side of my truck with a rock. She would also write her sister, Chayanne's name all over things when Chayanne was only 2. Funny huh.

KIDS

As few days ago Nathaniel found a green marker. He showed it to me and said he wanted to write on some paper. I told him to keep it on the paper and if I find marks on the wall he was going to get in big trouble. That night I went into his room to gather up dirty clothes and what did I find...I found marks on his DOOR!!! He was asleep so I waited til morning and showed him what I found. I was very upset wit him and I asked him why he did what he did. He looked at me with those innocent 4 yr old eyes and said "You said my wall. I didn't write on my wall see, I wrote on the door". :)

Face Book

I am so addicted to this site. I found a lot of my high school friends. I also found a lot of my cousins in Utah. They were all little stinkers when I left home and now some went on missions and some are engaged. Crazy how time flies.
This is very bad for me to be addicted to since I am suppose to really clean my house and pack so we can be out of here in 2 weeks. Oh boy. I better get busy.

Sep 29, 2008

I did it

I finally did it. I quit my job again. I guess I am not programmed to be a working mommy. I miss my family so much. Don't get me wrong I loved my job and this was a hard decision. With this move and other things that popped up in my life was making it hard to concentrate on work. Plus my hours were hard. I would work from 6pm to 1am and than i would have to get up around 7am after going to bed around 2am. With a 5 month old baby it was hard to stay awake. So once again we will need to tighten our belts. But you know, a big burden has been lifted off my shoulders and know I can be with my family every night again.

Jack of all trades (my dear hubby)

So like i was saying a few blogs ago that my son broke our very expensive glass sliding door. My dear husband has been dealing with the fact of how are we going to pay for the door that cost 400.oo to replace. After a few days Dan went to the Habitat for Humanity's reuse it store. After a great deal of searching and searching HE FOUND IT!!! Yes this dang glass door only cost us 40.00. Can you believe it. I was so grateful. Thank You Thank You Habitat for Humanity. Not only did we get an awesome deal we also helped the reuse it store buy purchasing this door. I guess all the money they get goes back into Habitat for Humanity. I think that is an awesome organization. He brought the door home and he even replaced it all by himself. He is a great guy. And I have my door back.

One upset little man

So last night I get this call from my husband. He was so upset because Nathaniel had gotten so mad at him that he slammed our back sliding door and shattered it. Unfortunately Nathaniel had to spend some time in his room. My husband had priced the door and it is going to cost us 400.00 to replace it. It must be one of those safety glass doors because it is shattered but the door is still intact.
Dan had a man to boy talk with Nathaniel and he said he is mad because we are moving and he doesn't want to move because he will miss this house. He has been a little turkey for a few weeks now. Of coarse Dan tried to explain why we are moving and were we are moving so that Nathaniel can try and understand. I can understand his frustration. We are just going to take it easy around him until we finally move.

Sep 22, 2008

Bang Bang Bang!!!!

My 4 yr old son Nathaniel has been banging and banging all weekend long. I kept telling to quit banging and he tells me he is a builder. So once again today he has been banging. I told him to go outside and bang and he tells me its too hot. So again with the banging. By now I am ready to bang bang my head in the wall. I sure hope he finds something else to be than a builder banging on everything he sees.

Moving Again

Yes!! We are on the move again. We hit into some bad times financially and so we have to move. We will be living with my in-laws for awhile until we get back on our feet. We are hoping for about 6 months. When we get out of debit, we will be able to put down on a house and stay there for the rest of our lives. The kids are doing as well as expected. They will be going to the same school and Nathaniel will continue to go to preschool. We will also stay in the same ward. We are kind of lucky because Dan's parents live right down the street from us. We will complete the move in a few weeks.

9-11

Yesterday after preschool Nathaniel asked me if I saw the big plane crash into the big tall building far far away. I told him that I do remember that day because I saw it on TV. And yes that it happened far far away. He said his teacher told the class about it because the flag in his classroom wasn't flying at the top it was in the middle. And they had a quite moment before school started. I thought was cleaver to explain as simple as possible why our flags are flown at half staff and why we have a moment of silence.
I do remember this sad part of history as if it was yesterday. I was living in Payson AZ. I was doing house chores when my mother-in-law called my and told me to turn on my TV. As I turned the TV the 1st plane hit the first tower. We just sat in silence as we watched what was unfolding right before our eyes. I called for my girls to come watch and we watched the 2ND plane hit the other tower. I could just hear the screams and feel the fear as I watched the plane crash into the 2ND tower. My heart just stopped. Than when the towers came falling down I was just in shocked and all I could do was watch with my eyes filling up with tears. How could someone so mean do this to our country? I kept asking this question over and over in my head for the rest of the day. That was a horribly day in the history of our country. Dan was working here in Mesa when this happened. He couldn't stop what he was doing but when he got the chance he called to see if I was okay. When he came home we sat and talked about what had happened to our girls. We told them not to fear because they weren't coming our way to hurt us. We said a very long and much needed family prayer that night blessing the victim's family and we prayed for the strength of our nation to bring these horrible people to justice.
GOD BLESS AMERICA !!!!!!

Up-Date

Wow how times flies. Allot has happened and I have been so busy that I haven't gotten a chance to update everyone. Lets see, where do I begin. Aug 31 was my wedding anniversary. Dan and I have been married for 12 years. Wow that is a time. It seems like we have been together forever. I am not a flower person. Only a few times in our marriage has Dan gotten me flowers. So instead of a bunch of flowers for our anniversary, Dan had called my little sister and my Dad and surprised me with their visit. It was so nice. My dad is still Dad but a little older. Its okay daddy, I still love you old or young, your still the best. My sister isn't little anymore. She has graduated from high school this year and is now going to a community college in Flagstaff AZ. She seems to like it there. We all had a nice visit.
Nathaniel just finished his 2ND week of preschool and loves it. He says he is a grown up now because he goes to school. He is doing so much better about this new adventure than I thought. My baby boy is getting big.

Ella and the scissors.

After the hair cut
Getting a hair cut

Waiting, waiting, waiting

Before the hair cut

A few weeks ago Isabella decided to cut her hair again. Out of all my kids she is the only one that has down this. I guess she was trying to pierce her ears with a rounded pair of scissors but instead she decided to cut her hair. I didn't know about the hair being cut until I was combing her hair out. I freaked because a big clump of hair fell out. So I took her straight to the salon to get her hair cut. Here is our journey.

Jana Needs

A friend of mine has a friend on her blog that started this little game. First you need to go to Google and type in your name followed by the word needs , for example Jana needs, than you need to write down the first 10 things that come up. I didn't do the first 10 because one of them was not appropriate for this blog. Here is mine.
10- Jana needs a home (only if you are giving it to me free and is livable)
9 - Jana's friends need to change the way they look at ... (go ahead and fill in the blank)
8 - Jana needs a wee (Yes I do)
7 - Jana needs your help (Isn't that the truth)
6 - Jana needs to grow up (when I grow up I want to be....a mommy)
5 - Jana needs crystal light help products (i like the crystal light drinks but help products, umm not sure)

Preschool

Nathaniel and I went this morning to meet his preschool teacher. He is so excited but maybe not as excited as I am. We will go school shopping in a few days for school. He will be going to school 2 days a week for 2 hours. His teacher, Mrs. Billings, taught Lea preschool when she was 3. Chayanne didn't attend her preschool because we moved to Payson that year. It was nice to visit with her for a few minutes. She has been teaching preschool for 20 yrs and she is also LDS. She is a neat lady.
Nathaniel will be starting school next Tuesday. I will take his first day pictures and post on here when that day comes.

Chayanne's Birthday

The Finished Cake
Frosting the cake

Shapeing the Cake

Well this is the last birthday in our family until next year. Hurray Hurray!!! Chayanne turned 9 yrs old this past Saturday. I decided to surprise her with a slumber party with 2 of her best friends"in the whole wide world". It was hard to keep a secret like this from her for a week. Chayanne got to take cupcakes to school last Friday so I did that after I baked her birthday cake. I had to hide the smell of cake baking from her so I thought this was a great cover up. My mother in-law found a jean cake on Betty Crocker.com and that is what I made. My friend Julie came over and helped me frost the cake on Friday. It was a lot of fun to make. The party was great too. We really had Chayanne surprised.

Sad story

I was at work yesterday evening when an older gentleman came up to me. He had explained that his wife just passed away a few months ago. He than said that he had this big 5 bedroom house. He is renting them out to foreign student and he needed to get them in living conditions. Well he came into Wal-Mart to find some sheets for the beds. He started crying saying that is wife took care of all the purchases for things like this. He was at a lost when it came to buy sheets for beds. I explained to him what 200 count, 300 count met and showed him the ones we had on sale. He was still crying when I also explained to him that he need a fitted sheet and a top sheet for each bed. I helped him pick out colors and also explained what the difference between the sheet where.
This got me thinking all night about what I needed to learn in case I was ever in this situation. I asked Dan if he knew the difference between top and fitted sheets. It is the little things that count when something terrible happens to a spouse. I know Dan had mentioned to me that he would be lost if something ever was to happen to me when it came to paying the bills. I don't get paper bills I do this all on-line. So I am going to write everything down so that I could make things easier if there was ever anything that happened.
This terrible thing could mean a lot of things. Some to mention, death, an illness, being in the hospital for any type of surgery....I am sure you all get the picture. I feel it is very important to be together on everything. I know we shouldn't be thinking about this but we need to be prepared for what ever comes our way. I am going to write down what I need to learn from Dan so that I can be prepared. I hope we live a very very long life together but anything could happen.
I pray every morning with a heart full of gratitude for all I have, even my husband. I literally would be lost without him. He is the best Hubby in the world.
Just a little thought. Thank You for listening, or reading :)

Twilight Saga

WOW!!!!! I have finished reading Breaking Dawn. These series are just amazing. That is all I could about while reading the books. My family is happy to have me back. I have read all 4 book in 2 weeks. I need a little break. Reading these books were so intense. I usually don't like reading book over after reading them again because I already know the ending, but I could read these books over and over and over. I can't wait until the movie comes out. I highly recommend reading the Twilight Saga.

First Day of School

Yesterday was the first day of school. Lea is in 6Th grade. She likes her teachers but doesn't like the fact that she has to carry her book bag every where she goes. I told her to get use to it because she won't get a locker for Jr. High next year. She has 2 main teachers that she will be bouncing back and forth for her classes.
Chayanne is in the 4Th grade. She is in the gifted program for the 4Th and 5Th grade class. She will be doing a little bit of both grades this year. I think this will be good for her so she doesn't get bored. She loves her teacher because the teacher really likes art. Chayanne wants to be an artist when she grows up so this will be good.
I missed them yesterday but i was also glad they were gone. It was a long summer and I knew the girls were ready for school. I don't miss the fighting and yelling thats for sure. Nathaniel and Ella don't know what to do with themselves since their entertainers are gone all day.
I hoping sometime this month Nathaniel will be in preschool. He is on a waiting list so well shall see.

A Few Days Off

Well I am now a working mommy. It is kind of hard..okay okay it is hard work. I am bending down all the time and walking all over Wal-Mart. I ask other employees if they still get sore after all these years and they all say "YES". I had some days off these past few days and really enjoyed it. I relaxed and read the 2nd and 3rd book of the Twilight series. I caught up on laundry and played with the kids. Now I get to go back to work tomorrow. I really enjoy my job because I get to meet a lot of different type of people.

Kids can be so funny

I wish I had my camera.I found Isabella in my bathroom sink sitting with her legs covered with hand soap in the sink with the water running. The sink was full of water with water running over the side onto the floor. She was just having a good time. She was washing her "tattoos" off her legs. That would be blue highlighter all over her legs. I did take a picture with my cell phone. My camera didn't have batteries in it. I had taken out the batteries and put them into a toy for Elijah.

I got a job!!!!!!!

I had a interview this morning at Wal-Mart. It was an easy interview. I will be workin in the houseware department. I am only working part time at night. I figured night was best because my husband Dan works all day. My kids will be getting ready for bed and asleep while I am working. I am excitied. Who knows maybe this will be my career when Elijah goes to school. I could take my time climbing the corporate ladder for Wal-Mart. If you are in managment for Wal-Mart you could be making some good money.
I don't have to go to work but it would be nice to have a little more money to put in savings, especially with the way this world is right now. We plan on using my checks for savings and getting prepared.

Taking a Break

Well we haven't done much these past few weeks. Last week we were all sick with Crypto, a nasty bacteria we got at the Tempe Town Lake Water Park. I mean all of us were so sick for a week. The only one that wasn't sick was the baby. So this week we have been just lazy and trying to stay cool. The Monsoon weather has made it very humid here as well as HOT!!!!! Nothing like 108 degrees with 50+ percent humidity.
We are also counting down till school starts. I am going to do my own preschool with Nathaniel and Isabella. Preschool is so expensive here. Nathaniel will be in Kindergarten next school year 2009. I have been online getting ideas for what I need to do get get started. I am going to following the Mesa Public School calendar because that is the same calendar the girl's charter school is on. If anyone has any ideas please let me know.
We went school clothes shopping. That is one event I don't look forward to doing. We ending up at Target for school uniforms. We went to Target because they seem to have a better and bigger selection. Their uniforms are navy blue or tan bottoms. The shirts are Pollo red, white or navy blue. This is Lea's last year to wear the uniforms. She will be in 7th and that is Jr. High here.
My blog address is also featured on the ldswomenbloggers site. I was so excited to see that because it seems that I have had a few visits. Please don't be shy, say hello and I will be sure to say hi back. If you don't mind please leave me your site address and where you found me. I know, I know, I feel I am being nosy but you know, that is the whole purpose of blogging, being nosy and meeting new friends all over the world. I am guilty and I am going to make it a point to say Hi where ever I go.So don't be shy. I can't wait to hear from all of my visitors. Thank You for visiting.

HELP!!!!

How do I keep my pictures with the right blogs? All my pics end up on the bottom or on the top of my blog. Please help me if you can.

I'm going crazy!!!!

Yesterday morning I was checking my e-mail when I saw an email for a free 6-pack of Pepsi. You all should know I love my Pepsi's. Anyways, I thought I would see what I had to do to get my free Pepsi. I opened it and I took a dum survey. One of the questions one the survey asked if I was interested in furthering my education for a career. I put yes because Dan and I had talked about me going to night school once a week to get my prerequisites done. Not too long after I quit answering the rest of the questions and clicked out of the e-mail my phone rang and it was a career counselor. I explained I wasn't ready. Well they have been calling me none stop for 2 days. Can you believe that!!! I even told my girls never to open junk mail like that.

Baby Elijah

Elijah Grant is 3 months old today. I am not sure his weight and height. I am guessing around 14 lbs and maybe 28 inch. Well see when I take him to the Dr. He holds his head really well without support. He loves to stand on his feet when being pulled to a sitting position. His smiles and laughs are just adorable. He pats at everything he sees and sometimes manages to grab hold. I have a few pics to show of my little handsome prince.

Vacation

Well I think I better be careful with what I do to my blog. I deleted my comments on the other blog so I hope I get them back on this blog. Plus my blog address was to long so now it is simple.
We are back from San Diego where we went to the zoo. That was so fun. We bought the family past and that gave us unlimited everything in the zoo. We rode the air tram allot and we took a bus tour of the park. This was our first family vacation. It was really nice. While at the zoo Nathaniel ate a Cheddar cheese tasting bug. He was so proud of himself. He was scared of the air tram but Ella was having allot of fun in the air. Lea and Chayanne was just amazed at all the animals. I will get some pictures posted sometime today.
